? Role Overview
We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) professional with 2–3 years of experience in Scheduling, Forecasting, and Real-Time Monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience managing workforce schedules in a dynamic operations workplace.
? Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage interval-level staff schedules based on demand and staffing requirements.
• Handle leave, shrinkage, breaks, training, shift changes, and schedule exceptions.
• Perform real-time monitoring and address staffing gaps.
• Collaborate with Operations and Forecasting teams to optimize workforce coverage.
• Support planning, forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization.
• Prepare and present WFM reports and performance metrics to management.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.




• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
? Must-Have Skills
✅ 2–3 years of hands-on WFM experience
✅ 2+ years of Scheduler experience preferred
✅ Experience in WFM / Command Center / Real-Time Monitoring
✅ Knowledge of Voice & Non-Voice (Chat/Social Media) metrics
✅ Experience with NICE, Genesys, or equivalent WFM tools
✅ Solid MS Excel, analytical, and reporting skills
✅ Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
✅ Bachelor’s degree
