Role Description The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying relevant government and private sector tenders, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and tracking submission timelines.



Responsibilities include preparing and compiling technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal departments for required data and approvals, and ensuring all submissions comply with legal, financial, and technical requirements. The role involves maintaining tender databases, monitoring portals for new opportunities, updating bid status reports, and supporting post-tender clarifications and negotiations. The Tender Executive will also assist in drafting standard documentation, improving tender templates, and supporting audit and compliance requirements related to bids. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
Strong skills in tender management, including tender search, document review, bid preparation, and submission coordination.
Proficiency in documentation and compliance, such as preparing technical/commercial proposals, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
