Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with schools, educators, and institutional partners, and present nischals’ products and solutions to key decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts and pricing,



and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company offerings and provide feedback from the market. The role also involves preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and representing the company at events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations, and clearly communicate value propositions to education-sector stakeholders.
Solid business development and lead-generation abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up skills.
