Manager – Business Development (Sales Leadership)

We’re looking for an exceptional Manager – Business Development to lead one of our core revenue teams. This role is built for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, loves building winning teams, and has a relentless obsession with delivering business outcomes.

You will own revenue, lead large sales teams, drive operational excellence, and play a critical role in scaling one of India’s fastest-growing overseas education businesses. What You’ll Own

Revenue & Business Growth

* Own ambitious revenue targets and consistently deliver business growth.
* Design and execute sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and profitability.
* Identify new growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making and market insights.
* Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning with a sharp focus on execution.

Team Leadership

* Lead, coach,



and inspire a high-performing sales organization.
* Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Set clear KPIs, review performance rigorously, and drive continuous improvement.
* Build future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and structured development.

Business Ownership & P&L;

* Own the complete P&L; for your business unit.
* Monitor revenue, costs, margins, productivity, and profitability to ensure sustainable growth.
* Drive operational efficiency while maximizing ROI across all business initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

* Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Student Success teams to improve the customer journey.
* Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate business outcomes.

Market & Customer Insights

* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and student behavior
