About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager – UPI to improve the end-to-end UPI payment journey for Snapmint users.



You will focus on reducing payment friction, improving transaction success rates, simplifying customer flows, and enhancing the overall payment experience across app and web platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer-centric product development, payments, and data-driven problem solving.

What You'll Do:
• Own the UPI customer journey from payment initiation to confirmation, refunds, and support flows.
• Identify and resolve customer pain points, drop-offs, failed transaction scenarios, and usability issues.
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, customer support, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality payment experiences.
• Analyze payment funnel metrics, transaction success rates, latency, retry behavior, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
