Professional experience
Good knowledge in Insurance Accounting
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in Finance
At least 4-6 years of professional experience
Solid experience in data reconciliation, data analysis and data quality checks
Solid Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
Positive understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
Very high analytical skills
Good IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
Independent and self-organized. High level of perseverance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, MS Access , Word, PowerPoint
Fluent English
Desirable skills
VBA experience is an advantage
Experience with SAC (SAP Analytical Cloud), SAP FI and SAP BW for fetching required reports
Flare towards process improvements,
data quality monitoring and data analysis
Familiar with Agile methodologies
