About the Role
We are looking for a TMS Functional Manager / Functional Lead with strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder TMS or other leading Transportation Management Systems. The candidate will lead end-to-end TMS implementations and support engagements, translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and drive transportation optimization across global logistics networks.
The role requires strong expertise in TMS configuration, transportation planning, integrations, tariffs, freight auctions, financial processes, and collaboration with WMS/ERP platforms.

MUST-HAVE / MANDATORY SKILLS
8+ years of experience in TMS, with strong implementation and support experience.
Hands-on experience with at least one major TMS platform, preferably Blue Yonder TMS. Experience with Oracle TMS, SAP TM, Manhattan TM, or One Network is also acceptable.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Tariff Configuration and Freight Auction processes.




Solid experience in TMS functional configuration, process flows, testing, and production support.
Experience handling FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air, and Rail transportation modes.
Strong knowledge of TMS strategy and optimizer configuration, including TMOD files.
Strong understanding of upstream/downstream TMS integrations with ERP, WMS, and other logistics systems.
Experience working with APIs and system-to-system data exchange.
Strong experience integrating TMS with WMS platforms, including Blue Yonder WMS, Manhattan WMS, or third-party WMS.
Experience with transportation financial processes, including cost allocation, settlement, and approval workflows.
Ability to lead business requirement gathering and end-to-end solution design.
