Key Responsibilities
• Own recruitment lifecycle for critical SaaS roles including Product Engineering, Sales, and go-to-market functions; maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring timelines.
• Drive data-driven recruitment strategies by tracking and optimizing key metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, retention at 6/12 months) to improve efficiency.
• Execute advanced technical sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities to identify passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Scale talent acquisition across geographies with expertise in recruiting for distributed, global teams; understand compensation benchmarks across India and overseas markets (US, EU, APAC).
• Partner with hiring managers for transparent requirements
