Role Overview
As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for travelers reaching out through our digital channels. You will consult with prospects, understand their travel needs, design tailored itineraries, and close bookings.

Key Responsibilities
· Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly connect with warm inbound leads generated via digital channels to convert inquiries into bookings.
· Consultative Itinerary Planning: Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements to recommend optimal destinations and custom holiday packages.
· Quoting & Pricing:



Prepare accurate quotations, including sightseeing, transfers, hotels, and inclusions, ensuring maximum competitive value.
· End-to-End Sales Management: Follow up consistently with prospects, answer queries, address objections, and finalize bookings.
· Relationship Management: Maintain warm customer relationships to drive repeat business, post-booking satisfaction, and referrals.
· Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update lead status, booking progress, and daily activities within our CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: 2-4 years of experience in holiday package sales, travel consulting, or outbound/inbound travel operations.
· Destination Knowledge: Solid familiarity with popular international (e.g., Dubai, Europe, Australia, Japan).
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus).
