Preferred Qualifications
Eligible only for a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Qualifications
Experience in hiring and knowledge about the current hiring trends.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
Experience/knowledge in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in high-volume environments.
At least one internship experience is a must (in-office internship, preferably in startups).




Experience/knowledge of working with HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
