Role Description The Academic Counselor will work full time on-site in Kochi, guiding prospective and current learners through program selection, enrollment, and academic planning. This role involves meeting with students to understand their goals, explaining course structures and career paths in cybersecurity,



and recommending suitable programs such as OCSA, OCSP, and ADIS. The Academic Counselor will manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintain accurate student records, and coordinate with faculty and operations to support learner progression and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting information sessions, supporting outreach events, tracking learner performance, and providing ongoing guidance on internships, certifications, and placement opportunities.
