Job Description

Application Support Engineer

The Application Support Engineer will assist existing customers in all aspects of the implementation, use and functional operation of Logi Analytics’ products. The incumbent must have a working knowledge of a wide range of technologies and serve as a contributing member of the team in technology discussions and operations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities





The range of technical skills that are required to support the interaction between the Logi platform and client setting includes:

Client-side rendering experience (e.g., Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge of modern database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
SQL query writing
Basic networking skills, to include operating systems and OS security interactions
General knowledge of RESTful API interaction/communication
IIS Web server setup and configuration
Familiarity with MVC5 / WebForms / EntityFramework
Proficient in C#, .Net Framework/ .Net Core required
Azure/AWS, Docker, Linux experience required
Kubernetes (Containerization) required
Ability to replicate issues from the customer
