Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader – Personal Loan and Overdraft, based in Ghaziabad. The Team Leader will oversee a group of loan advisors,



drive daily sales activities for personal loan and overdraft products, and ensure achievement of individual and team targets. Responsibilities include managing lead allocation, monitoring conversion rates, guiding team members on documentation and eligibility, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. The role involves coordinating with banking and NBFC partners, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end loan processing experience. The Team Leader will also provide performance feedback, conduct basic training and coaching sessions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
