Role Description The Finance Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Yelahanka, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Jyoti Enterprises Event Solutions. This role includes managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning to support event operations and business growth.



The Finance Head will supervise accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring costs for different event categories, optimizing working capital, approving vendor payments, and establishing internal controls. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic decisions, analyzing financial performance, managing risk, and leading the finance team to ensure efficient, transparent financial processes.
