About The Department

The Digital Product Management - GOE team develops and manages Franklin Templeton's proprietary Goals Optimization Engine, a patented business-to-business-to-consumer wealth management platform used across global markets. The team combines expertise in product management, investment solutions, research, technology, and client delivery to create innovative digital wealth experiences. Team members work closely with investment, engineering, sales, compliance,



legal, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve client outcomes. This role offers the chance to contribute to core digital wealth products, support new product capabilities, and work on emerging technology initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
