About Humans of Hustle
Humans of Hustle is one of India's fastest-growing founder-first media platforms, creating conversations that shape the startup ecosystem. Through long-form podcasts, short-form content, documentaries, and original IPs like Off The Cuff, we tell stories that build influence, not just views.
We're looking for a Creative Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, retention, and internet culture. Someone who doesn't just edit videos, they craft experiences people can't stop watching.

What You'll Do
Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube.
Edit high-performing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, X, etc.) with strong hooks, quick pacing, and platform-native storytelling.
Repurpose long-form conversations into viral short-form content.
Build engaging hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and storytelling structures that maximize watch time.
Collaborate with the content and strategy team to execute creative concepts.
Add motion graphics, text animations,



sound design, and visual effects where required.
Maintain consistency across the Humans of Hustle visual identity.
Organize project files and manage post-production workflows efficiently.
Stay updated with trends across creators, startups, podcasts, and social media.

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has 1–5 years of qualified video editing experience.
Is highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Understands storytelling beyond transitions and effects.
Has a strong understanding of both long-form and short-form content editing.
Knows what makes content perform across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Has strong instincts for hooks, pacing, emotion, and audience retention.
Can work quickly without compromising quality.
Is proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.

Have edited podcasts, founder content, or creator-led content.
