Role Overview




We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead AccuData’s global sales pipeline.
This is a founding growth role responsible for designing and executing the company’s outbound business development strategy, working under the Sales Head.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling offshore engineering teams, IT services, GCC setup services, or technology consulting to international clients.
You will be responsible for creating the entire demand generation engine, including lead sourcing, outreach automation, sales processes, and initial deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AccuData’s global go-to-market strategy.
Identify and target international companies looking to build or scale technology teams in India.
Develop a repeatable outbound lead generation system using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Build and manage automated outreach pipelines including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and tar
