This is a full-cycle B2B SALES role — closing net-new deals, not marketing, not community management, not brand or content strategy.

We're not hiring a typical "business development" person. We're looking for the kind of closer who already knows they're better than most of the room — someone who's built pipeline from zero, who doesn't wait for leads to be handed to them, and who can get a total stranger on a cold call to actually want to keep talking.

What You'll Actually Do

Own the full cycle: find your own targets, open the conversation, run the deal, close it. No hand-holding, no waiting for someone else to feed you leads.
Build and run outbound motion into Western markets (US/UK/global)



— this role needs someone who communicates like a native English speaker and can hold their own with a founder or CXO on a cold call.
Act as a market development strategist — you're not just selling, you're the person opening doors into accounts and markets nobody's touched yet.
Work independently. You'll get support, but you won't get babysat. If you need someone to tell you what to do every day, this isn't the seat.

Who We Want

A proven full-cycle closer — not someone who's only ever booked meetings for someone else to close.
Real numbers to back it up: quota attainment, President's Club, "top rep" recognition, whatever your proof is — bring it.
Fluent, confident, genuinely engaging English communication. You should be someone people enjoy talking to, not just someone who reads a script well.
Comfortable working remote, and comfortable with hours that overlap US/UK time zones.
