We are inviting applications for the role of - S&P; – Contract Management

Responsibilities
Support procurement of research databases, tools, and subscriptions.
Help draft and review contract terms and coordinate approvals.
Manage routine renewals, amendments, and contract updates.
Maintain the contract repository with accurate and updated documents.
Work with the IS team to gather usage and procurement requirements.




Verify and process vendor invoices and track payments.
Maintain financial records for reconciliation and audit purposes.
Do basic usage checks to validate invoices and spot underused resources.
Provide simple cost and usage summaries for budgeting.
Support finance with cost allocation tasks.
Ensure contracts follow procurement, legal, and compliance policies.
Collect vendor compliance documents and certifications.
Track legal, IT security, and privacy reviews for contracts.
Monitor contract timelines and flag upcoming renewals.
Support onboarding on database access and procurement processes.
Process P‑Card transactions with proper documentation.
Act as the first contact for vendor queries and access issues.
Maintain and update SOPs and other process documentation.
