Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our software licensing, SaaS vendor portfolio, and overarching GTM/RevOps technology ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Procurement, Finance, IT, and Revenue Operations (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to streamline the entire procurement lifecycle, drive strategic vendor relationships,



and optimize multi-million dollar software spend.
You will serve as the strategic subject matter expert on SaaS procurement, ensuring our GTM technology stack actively supports business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic SaaS Procurement & Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement framework for all corporate software and SaaS applications. Oversee vendor discovery, evaluation, complex contract negotiations, onboarding, contract renewals, and onboarding workflows.
GTM & RevOps Tech Stack Governance: Drive the procurement strategy for tools across the Revenue Operations ecosystem—including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Sales Engagement (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach), Revenue Intelligence (e.g., Clari, Gong), Data Intelligence (e.g., ZoomInfo), and Lead Routing (e.g., LeanData).
