Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Gurugram. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to consistently high standards, including espresso-based drinks and specialty creations. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, and ensuring all items are stocked and presented properly. The role also involves greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing friendly, productive customer service. The Barista will work closely with the café team, follow health and safety guidelines, manage cash or digital payments accurately, and support opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications
Demonstrated barista skills, including espresso extraction, beverage preparation, and safe operation of coffee equipment.




Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Basic food preparation skills and understanding of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new recipes and processes, and contribute positively to a team-focused workplace.
