We are looking for Assistant Project Manager for an ongoing Insurance project for our US client.

Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting end-to-end project coordination within Insurance industry and IT service engagements. This role assists with planning project activities, tracking timelines, monitoring milestones, and preparing status reports for internal stakeholders and clients. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with programmers, business users and teams to ensure timely delivery of project sprints and assigned tasks, as well as supporting inspection processes to maintain quality standards. The Assistant Project Manager helps manage documentation, follows up on outstanding actions, mitigates execution risks, and contributes to meeting project objectives on scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in planning,



organizing, and coordinating project activities using project management tools.
· Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and trackers.
· Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
· Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
· Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
· Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
· Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them as needed.
· Support resource allocation and task assignments.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
