Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dehradun,



responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving strategic growth for UK International London Beauty School. This role manages operational performance across academic programs, training centers, and support functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with institutional goals. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team on business planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial oversight, while implementing processes that support scalability and student success. Key responsibilities include supervising operational staff, refining policies and procedures, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The COO will also support expansion initiatives, foster a culture of excellence and accountability, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
