About the Role:




We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be the driving force behind building and scaling our tech and analytics teams. Your role is to identify, attract, and onboard the best technical talent—from data engineers and software developers to analytics professionals—who can help power Kamakhya’s data and technology-led operations. You won’t just fill positions; you’ll help shape the organization’s technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and publish compelling job postings for technical roles across relevant job boards and hiring platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and candidate reach.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles by reviewing resumes, conducting initial telephonic/virtual screenings, and assessing suitability for technical positions.
Assess candidates’ technical competencies through structured interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks, in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
