Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for driving Bhima Jewellery's digital presence, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retail footfall generation through strategic online marketing initiatives. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid media, search engines, social media platforms, and customer engagement channels.
The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership capabilities, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and a data-driven approach to maximize campaign performance and business growth. This role requires close collaboration with retail operations, creative teams, merchandising, and management to strengthen Bhima's market presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and showroom footfall.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
• Lead SEO, SEM, Local SEO, and social media marketing initiatives.




• Plan and execute festive campaigns, promotional campaigns, and new showroom launch campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with creative, content, merchandising, and retail teams to ensure campaign success.
• Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer retention campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and conversion performance.
• Lead influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, insights, and recommendations for management review.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
