Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a Sales Specialist based in the Kolkata metropolitan and the state of West Bengal area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. The day-to-day tasks include managing sales transactions, training staff, overseeing sales management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities
Experience in Training staff
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
