About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Specialist who can grow revenue through two channels: building and managing a partner network, and winning institutional business through RFPs and tenders. You'll own the pipeline end to end - from identifying opportunities to submitting compliant bids to closing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across assigned territories
Build joint business plans with partners and drive them to agreed revenue targets
Run partner enablement - product training, sales collateral, pricing structures, and incentive programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and commercial negotiations
Track partner performance and report on contribution to overall pipeline
RFPs, Tenders & Bid Management
Monitor government and private tender portals (GeM, CPPP,



state e-procurement platforms) to identify relevant opportunities
Own the end-to-end bid process: eligibility assessment, documentation, technical and commercial submissions, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to assemble compliant, competitive proposals
Manage EMD, bank guarantees, vendor registrations, and other pre-qualification requirements
Maintain a repository of past bids, pricing benchmarks, and win/loss analysis
General Business Development
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in the CRM with accurate forecasting
Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and pricing
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meets
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation for prospects
