You will be a self-starting, customer service-focused, strong problem solver with an aptitude for learning.
You will receive training and mentoring, formal and informal, from senior staff members.
Responsibilities
As a level 1 and 2 Support Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and auctioning tickets using our ticketing system and contact with the client. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Must have
Minimum 1 years of support experience.
Valuable written communication and customer service skills.
Good Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
Microsoft Server 2019 Administration and Management
Understanding around Active Directory and SQL Server
Excellent phone mannerisms and professionality.
Aptitude to learn.
Ability to handle clients who may call in frustrated with IT-related problems.




Excellent Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proactive thinker, who is looking for permanent solutions.
Experience using a ticketing system.
Experience with Windows operating systems
Microsoft 365 Administration and Management skills
