About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Executive to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B/IT sales, and the ability to generate, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services and solutions.
Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to present solutions effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or IT Sales.
Experience in the IT/Software/Technology services industry is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-handling, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Valuable understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
