Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advocate with robust Real Estate experience to handle legal matters related to property transactions, land acquisition, documentation, due diligence, agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all real estate legal matters and provide legal opinions to management.
Conduct legal due diligence of land and property documents.
Verify title deeds, sale deeds, encumbrance certificates, RTC, conversion orders, approvals, and other property records.
Draft, review, and negotiate Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, JDA, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, MOUs, POAs, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
Ensure compliance with applicable RERA, property, land, registration,



and local real estate laws.
Assist in land acquisition and property registration processes.
Identify legal risks in real estate transactions and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, agreements, and property files.
Represent the company before relevant authorities and courts, wherever required.

Required Qualifications
LLB from a recognized institution.
Valid Bar Council enrollment.
Minimum 8 -10years of relevant experience in Real Estate Law.
Strong knowledge of RERA, land laws, property laws, registration laws, and real estate documentation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in handling property disputes and litigation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate

Only candidates with strong hands-on experience in the Real Estate sector will be considered.
