We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven, and highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead AGGCON’s finance function and work closely with the CMD and senior management. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial strategy, treasury, working capital, taxation, audit, corporate governance, banking, investor relations, and business planning, with the ability to strengthen financial controls and support the company’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead AGGCON’s overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
Partner closely with the CMD and senior management on business planning, growth strategy,



capital allocation, and key financial decisions.
Lead treasury and working capital management, including cash-flow planning, liquidity management, receivables, payables, and optimization of the working capital cycle.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, lenders, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
Lead fundraising, debt management, banking arrangements, credit facilities, and other corporate finance initiatives.
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and management reporting to enable timely and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, compliance, risk management, and internal control systems across the organization.
Oversee statutory and internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
