Client Servicing - ED Global Partners

Hybrid, Mumbai | 2–5 years of experience
You'll be the primary point of accountability between ED's consulting teams and the founders, MSMEs, and mid-market clients we serve - owning both the relationship and the substance of what gets delivered.
You'll work across live engagements - business models, business plans, marketing strategy, and strategy documents - producing client-facing deliverables directly, along with aiding in execution.

Strong business fundamentals - business models, market sizing, GTM, competitive positioning




Ability to write investor - and client-ready strategy documents independently
Strong ownership and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage competing timelines across multiple accounts
Sound judgment on when to escalate versus resolve independently
Comfort working directly with founders and senior client stakeholders
Attention to detail in deliverables
Effective use of AI without dependency on it
What You'll Work On
Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements
Drafting business models, business plans, marketing strategy, and strategy documents for clients
Structuring client deliverables using frameworks appropriate to the engagement.
Coordinating deliverable timelines between consulting teams and clients
Managing client onboarding, kickoff, and expectation-setting
Tracking open items, pending approvals, and deliverable status across accounts
