Role Description The Senior Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sandur, focused on driving engineering excellence within manufacturing operations. The Senior Engineer will oversee process optimization, production planning, and quality improvement initiatives for pig iron and castings, ensuring alignment with safety, efficiency,



and cost targets. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, implementing engineering best practices, coordinating with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality), and supporting continuous improvement projects. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor, mentoring junior engineering staff, and contributing to projects that enhance plant reliability and customer satisfaction. The Senior Engineer is expected to actively participate in implementing cutting-edge solutions that support the company’s growth and “Limitless” vision.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in mechanical or metallurgical engineering, with experience in foundry operations, pig iron production, or castings manufacturing.
Proficiency in process engineering, production planning, and optimization of manufacturing workflows.
Experience with quality management systems,
