Covana is an integrated marketing agency. We're building out our pre-sales engine to keep the pipeline warm, qualified, and moving.

ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a sharp, consistent Pre-Sales Consultant / Inside Sales Specialist to own the top of our sales funnel ; scouting and nurturing leads, running outbound and inbound outreach, and setting up qualified meetings for the BD team. You'll be the first voice a prospect hears from Covana, so strong calling and communication skills are non-negotiable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Scouting: Identify and build target prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, industry databases, and web research.
Lead Nurturing: Run structured, multi-touch follow-up cadences (call + email + LinkedIn) to keep prospects warm until they're sales-ready.




Outbound & Inbound Lead Management: Handle outbound calling/prospecting as well as timely response and qualification of inbound leads from website, campaigns, and referrals.
Calling & Meeting Setup: Make confident discovery calls, qualify need/budget/authority, and schedule internal meetings between qualified prospects and the BD/leadership team.
Email Marketing: Plan and send outreach and nurture email campaigns; track opens, replies, and follow-ups using email marketing tools.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM (Zoho CRM) lead status, call notes, next actions, and pipeline stage with zero lag.
Database Management: Own and continuously clean/enrich the prospect database dedupe, tag, segment, and update contact data.
Current-Age Tools: Use prospecting, enrichment, and outreach tools (Apollo.io, sales engagement platforms, dialer tools) to improve speed and hit rate.
