Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce role based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support core business processes, including sales, supply chain, and customer service operations. The Senior Software Engineer will customize and configure Salesforce modules, build robust back-end integrations with internal and external systems, and ensure code quality through best practices in software development and object-oriented programming. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and troubleshooting issues in existing Salesforce implementations. The role also includes participating in code reviews, optimizing performance, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of Medsurge Global’s technology ecosystem.
Qualifications
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).




Build and manage record-triggered Flows for business automation, including case assignment, email alerts, lead follow-up reminders, and field-history tracking.
Design and manage Salesforce integrations, particularly with Amazon Web Services (AWS), SAP & Adobe Commerce.
Implement business logic and validations, including duplicate product checks, mandatory field enforcement, and product-based validation rules.
Design and manage scheduled jobs to handle bulk processes.
Handle Salesforce data using SOQL. Ability to perform data load in salesforce using Data Loader.
Develop user-friendly Salesforce UI components with appropriate validations.
Manage Salesforce administration activities including roles, profiles, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Process Builder, workflow rules, and approval processes.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business requirements.
