About the Role

HEAD OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTS — CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership across Sawai Jaipur's portfolio, ensuring robust financial governance while enabling growth, investment and commercial decision-making.
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Establish robust financial controls, governance and reporting systems.
Lead accounting, taxation, audit, statutory compliance, treasury and financial reporting.
Develop business and project-level P&Ls; and financial models.
Provide commercial analysis and decision support to senior management.
Evaluate new investments,



projects, partnerships and business opportunities.
Develop dashboards and KPIs for business performance.
Drive cost optimisation and working-capital management.
Establish strong procurement and financial-control frameworks.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, advisors and regulators.
Ensure compliance across all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead financial due diligence for new projects and strategic partnerships.
Strengthen financial systems, ERP and technology-enabled reporting.
Build, mentor and lead the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8–15+ years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

Strong experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, audit and business finance.
Proven experience managing complex organisations, multiple business verticals or portfolios.
