The Role
As a Performance Marketer at MSM Unify India, you will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant performance channels.
The role goes beyond generating leads. You will be expected to understand the complete funnel — from impression → click → lead → qualified lead → application → enrolment — and continuously improve campaign efficiency and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities




Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Own campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research, bidding, budget allocation and optimisation.
Drive high-quality leads and conversions for MSM Unify India and its education partners.
Monitor and optimise key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS.
Analyse campaign and funnel data to identify opportunities for improving performance.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages and campaign structures.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop performance-led ad creatives and messaging.
Coordinate with sales/admissions teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign targeting.
Build and maintain campaign reports and dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio or similar tools.
