Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for CNC machines and solutions, including managing the sales pipeline, meeting revenue targets,



and expanding market presence in domestic and international markets. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and coordinating product demonstrations and technical discussions with potential clients. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, production, and technical teams to align customer requirements with product offerings, prepare proposals and quotations, and support contract negotiations. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports, and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
