We're looking for an HR Intern who is energetic, proactive, people-oriented, and excited to build hands-on experience across recruitment and HR operations.
You'll work closely with the HR and leadership teams, helping us identify great talent, manage candidate interactions, support employee processes, and contribute to building a strong people function as we scale.




This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, follows through, and wants to learn HR by actually doing it.

• Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and other HR operations.
• Coordinate with employees and candidates to ensure a smooth HR experience.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Work closely with the team to understand hiring requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment performance and work towards assigned hiring targets.
