Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales and business development across the Delhi market. The role will be responsible for achieving revenue and volume targets, strengthening distributor and dealer relationships, expanding market coverage, and driving visibility and execution across retail channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consumer durables, electricals, appliances, FMCG, retail or related categories, with a proven ability to manage distributors, dealers and frontline sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
* Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned Delhi territory.
* Develop and execute territory-level sales plans to drive revenue,
volume and market share.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand Atomberg's distribution and retail footprint.
* Monitor sales performance by territory, channel, product and outlet.
2. Channel & Distributor Management
* Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and other channel partners.
* Ensure adequate inventory availability and healthy channel stock levels.
* Drive primary and secondary sales through effective planning and market execution.
* Identify and onboard new channel partners in potential markets.
* Resolve channel-related issues and ensure strong partner engagement.
3. Market Execution
* Ensure excellent in-store execution, product visibility, merchandising and promoter productivity.
* Conduct regular market visits to understand competition, pricing, consumer trends and retailer feedback.
