The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the internet — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share and remember a brand.
You’ll own Fraganote’s social media presence end-to-end, from strategy and content planning to execution, community building and performance tracking.

What You'll Do
Build and execute Fraganote’s social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand, product and business priorities.
Identify trends, formats, memes, cultural moments and conversations that Fraganote can organically participate in.
Work closely with the creative, content,



influencer and marketing teams to develop high-performing social-first content.
Conceptualise Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and interactive formats that drive engagement and brand love.
Ensure the brand maintains a consistent yet fresh tone of voice and visual identity across social platforms.
Lead day-to-day social media execution, including posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags and community management.
Monitor comments, DMs and conversations to build an active and engaged Fraganote community.
Track and analyse social media performance, identify insights and continuously optimise the content strategy.
Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithms, emerging creators, internet culture and new content formats.
Collaborate with creators and influencers wherever required to amplify social-first campaigns.
Take ownership of social media growth, engagement and overall brand presence.
