We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage residential interior projects from concept to design freeze while guiding junior designers and coordinating closely with the Sales and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development
Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, preferences, and functional needs.
Develop complete interior design concepts for residential projects.
Prepare mood boards, layouts,
furniture plans, material selections, and design presentations.
Create designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and execution feasibility.
Maintain Kontact Interiors' design standards across all projects.
2. Client Management
Conduct design meetings and presentations with clients.
Clearly explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and functional decisions.
Handle client feedback professionally and convert requirements into practical design solutions.
Build strong client relationships throughout the design phase.
Take ownership of design-related client escalations.
3. Drawings & Documentation
Prepare and review:
Detailed floor plans
Furniture layouts
Elevations
Modular furniture drawings
Ceiling plans
Electrical layouts
Lighting layouts
Material/finish schedules
Site-ready drawings
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and execution-friendly.
