Purpose

The Senior Director, Project Management is responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex projects and strategic client programs across their full lifecycle. The role provides leadership, governance, commercial oversight, and client stewardship to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.

The position serves as the senior point of accountability for project performance, driving delivery excellence, project governance, risk management,



financial outcomes, and client satisfaction. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, clients, Project Directors, and delivery teams to ensure predictable and profitable project execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Project & Portfolio Leadership

Provide leadership and strategic oversight for a portfolio of projects from initiation through close-out.
Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
