Role Description: The Graphic Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The graphic designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content that align with the brand’s creative vision.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics, collaborating with content and marketing teams, refining layouts and typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms. The role also involves preparing files for production, iterating on feedback, and staying current with design trends relevant to regional and national audiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in graphics and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual work.
Experience in thumbnail making, branding, carousel making, etc., to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
Proficiency in typography and layout design for digital and print media.
Competence with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
