Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South,



responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Times Microwave Systems’ products within the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in targeted industries such as aerospace, defense, wireless communications, and industrial markets. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct regular customer visits, present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery. Day-to-day activities include sales forecasting, pipeline management, competitive analysis, and reporting on regional performance to leadership, while maintaining strong relationships with distributors, partners, and end customers.
