About BLDX
BLDX is building the AI Co-Pilot for Construction, helping project teams plan, track, and deliver projects faster with AI-driven scheduling, automation, and real-time insights.
We’re growing rapidly and looking for young, driven, curious SDR Interns who want to experience the real startup journey, building, experimenting, learning fast, and creating impact from Day 1.
If you want to work closely with founders, shape sales strategy, and get exposure to enterprise clients… this is the role.

Responsibilities
Identify and research high-potential leads in the Construction + Real Estate sector (India, Middle East & Australia)
Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email & calls
Initiate conversations with Project Heads, Directors & CXOs
Qualify prospects and schedule demos/meetings
Experiment with messaging, cadences & outreach strategies
Work directly with leadership to refine ICPs,



pitch flows & sales playbooks
Contribute to building our Zero-to-One Sales Engine
