For the last 30 years, the model was to hire cheap engineers, sell hours to the clients, and keep the cut.

It worked BUT now AI is dismantling that model apart coz client want outcome not “hrs on jira tickets”
The good part is we’ve been operating like it since 2022

We started as a 2 member team and now we’re 50 members robust.

Primarily, we’re working on complex technological problems for US sports leagues and shipping products for proptech companies in the UAE.

All of that growth came from founder-led sales.

We purposefully delayed our first GTM hire as we wanted to solidify the delivery record, the proof and the positioning.

Now we believe we’re ready to point all of it at the market on purpose.

That’s the role. You’ll be the second person on the GTM team — working under our GTM lead, alongside the founders,



building this motion from the ground up.

You are getting in early. The playbook isn’t written yet. You’ll help write it, and you’ll be the one running it every single day.

We are optimistic and while people think AI is taking away IT jobs, we think as ai gets better, more companies understand what technology can actually do for them, and the surface area of what we can sell expands with it.

You’ll be responsible for:

First thing first, this is a top-of-funnel role, not a script-reading BDR role. You’ll own the first half of the sales motion end to end.
Research target accounts, build lists, map the decision makers, and qualify who’s actually worth our time
Run outbound. Cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and whatever else works. This is the core of the job and you’ll be doing a lot of it
Book the meetings, prep the room. Account briefs, call notes, follow-up
