Required 5-6 years of Experience with US staffing.
Experience in recruiting W2 candidate.
Prior experience in Engineering, Semiconductor, and IT recruitment.
Positive experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn.
Ability to demonstrate work experience related to the Full Recruiting Life cycle (Analysing requirements, candidate prospecting, screening, submission & follow-up, etc).
Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards.
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Ceipal, Job Diva.
