Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Rajahmundry. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities for lifting equipment, doors, interiors, and fabrication services, while nurturing relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as production, design,



and installation to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, support marketing initiatives, maintain sales reports, and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
Robust business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, doors, interiors, construction, or related industries.
Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and basic sales documentation.
Good understanding of market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
