Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Writing Intern who can ideate fresh, out-of-the-box content concepts and turn them into engaging scripts. You should be able to think visually, understand what makes content engaging, and collaborate with creative teams to bring your ideas to life.

If you enjoy coming up with ideas, storytelling, and mentally directing a video while writing the script, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Write high-converting scripts for Meta ads, microdramas, short series, and other short-form video content.
Develop strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and compelling CTAs.
Ideate fresh,



unconventional content concepts and campaign ideas based on briefs, trends, audience behaviour, and brand objectives.
Research trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to generate fresh content ideas.
Brainstorm campaign concepts with the creative and production teams.
Revise scripts based on feedback while maintaining quality and creativity.
Stay updated with the latest content formats and social media trends.

Requirements:
Excellent written English with strong storytelling skills.
Understanding of short-form content.
Strong ideation skills with the ability to come up with original, out-of-the-box content ideas rather than just execute briefs.
Ability to think visually and explain how scenes should be executed.
Creative mindset with strong research and ideation abilities.
Basic understanding of content marketing and consumer psychology is a plus.
